David practises in all areas of commercial law. He has appeared in court and arbitration hearings concerning numerous major energy and resources projects (in relation to coal, gas, precious and base metals, and electricity), infrastructure pricing and other regulatory matters, corporate insolvency, banking and finance, and significant trade practices and professional liability matters. In addition to court hearings in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, David has appeared in arbitrations seated in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Singapore. Prior to commencing practice at the bar in 2012, David was a Senior Associate at MinterEllison.
