Dan has a commercial practice with an emphasis on trial advocacy. He appears regularly in trials before Courts and Arbitrators, as well as on appeals from decisions made following trials. Dan has advised and acted for clients from a broad range of industries, including the resources, building and construction, professional services, banking and financial services, telecommunications, property, manufacturing, agricultural, government, and small business sectors. Dan was called to the Bar in 2006 and took silk in 2019.
